Overall Impression:
ECC is very streamlined. It clearly shows what's been shipped, posted to Quickbooks, and when the tracking numbers has been uploaded to the webstore. Overall, this review of ECC is quite glowing. ECC is constantly updating their software & is open to suggestions for improvements.

Customer support was quite helpful. Upon set up, there were a few issues that needed to be addressed. Responses and fixes where typically received within 1 - 2 days, sometimes almost immediately (althought they don't work on weekends or at night).
