Overall Impression:
The T-Hub layout is a bit cumbersome to navigate. It would be helpful if the layout was streamlined and more intuitive. That being said, it is powerful software. It even lets you add or remove products from an order before importing the order into Quickbooks. Customer support left something to be desired. They are unresponsive during the weekends and at nights (when most designers work) and it took a couple days to hear back from them. However, if you purchase their yearly support plan, this might provide better access to them?? I believe the company is based in India.
